I wasn’t asked by anyone to write this review for roi.com.au – I just want to commend the team for doing such an excellent job on my account. I struggled to make a sale each week for at least two months, and I was ready to throw in the towel, but now I’m up to three a week – this is a massive improvement for me! Thanks for not giving up on me!

I have been a long standing client of roi for two years now, a strong relationship which stands on accountability and growth. I see my business as a hobby, one I can work at as I please. As my interest level changes from high to low involvement roi is always on hand to work at my pace. roi manage my adwords campaign and also custom built landing pages focused at each season, I have scaled back my adwords and increased the budget mainly around the holiday seasons. roi is always a step ahead of me which I enjoy as this may be my hobby but they keep me on my toes! My grandchildren are also very impressed with my online abilities.

Previously we were with another SEO company and the results were terrible. We were skeptical but we knew we needed search engine optimisation to improve our sales. We had a meeting with ROI.com.au and they were interested in my business and me and what we wanted to achieve. From there they built a campaign around this and showed what they will be able to do for us to his our goals. We saw an increase in traffic really quickly and then it lead to more and more enquiries. Currently we are flat out with business and enquiries which are coming through our website and it just keeps continually growing. Our website wasn't seen anywhere on Google now with many keywords it appears everywhere. The main point of difference was they learnt about my business and built a campaign to maximise turnover through the website. As a business we are going from strengths to strengths and we have ROI to thank for this.
